  Carefully pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
